Paolo Ferrari has been in the business development and sales industry since 1993. Paolo began their career as a Sales Representative for CFM Co. Farmaceutica Milanese, where they provided technical and sales support for cosmetic and food supplement industries. In 1997, they moved to Milliken Chemical as a Technical Account Manager, where they were responsible for business development and technical support for the Italian territory. In 2004, they became Sales Manager for Cognis, responsible for price management and contribution margin responsibility in Italy, Greece, and Israel. In 2011, they joined BASF as a Sales Developer and Sales Manager Italy, where they promoted Excipient and API throughout the Italian territory and developed new relationships with existing customer portfolios. In 2019, they moved to Neste as a Sales Manager, and in 2022 they joined Raybow PharmaScience as a Senior Business Development Manager.

Paolo Ferrari received their Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry and Polymers from Università degli Studi di Milano in 1993. In 1994, they were a Visiting Scientist at The University of Alabama, studying Etherocycle monomer synthesis. In 2018, they attended Nadine Dahoui for Business & Executive Coaching, focusing on Selling Skills and Sales Operations. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Business Writing Principles (October 2022), Sales Pipeline Management (June 2022), Greg McKeown on the Art of Getting Effortless Results (Without Burning Out) (April 2022), and Pricing Strategy: Value-Based Pricing (February 2022).
