Frank S. David is a seasoned professional in the biopharma industry with extensive experience in strategy, education, and research. Currently serving as Managing Director at Pharmagellan since December 2013, Frank provides strategic advisory services to biomedical executives and investors and has authored significant texts on biotech forecasting and clinical trial analysis. As a Professor of the Practice of Biotechnology at Tufts University, Frank designs courses for biology students and facilitates internship opportunities. Additionally, as an Innovation Strategist at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Frank leads workshops on biomedical innovation and industry collaborations, while also contributing as a member of the Harvard-MIT Center for Regulatory Science, focusing on drug pricing and regulatory policy.
