Billal Karem has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Billal started their career at Priceline as a Pharmacy Assistant in 2001 and eventually became a Pharmacy Intern/Assistant Manager. In 2011, they joined Pharmacy 4 Less as a Pharmacist/Proprietor and later took on the role of eCommerce Operations Manager. Billal then became the General Manager of eCommerce and ultimately the Chief Operating Officer.

Billal Karem has a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from the University of Sydney and has also completed their Higher School Certificate at Newington College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Crash Course in Google Ads and Google Analytics Bootcamp from General Assembly. Billal has also completed a First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.
