Michael Polen, CIC, CLCS, CPCU, AAI-M, ChFC, CLU, FSCP, LUTCF, possesses extensive experience in sales leadership across various insurance companies. Currently serving as Sales Team Leader at Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company since January 2023, Michael previously held roles at Shelter Insurance Companies, including Sales District Leader and District Sales Manager, where efforts focused on driving growth and advising agency owners. Earlier experiences include Field Sales Leader at Allstate, where performance supported over $110 million in gross premiums, and Senior Branch Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where significant sales force transformation and growth were achieved. Michael began the career at Nationwide as District Sales Manager, supporting a network of agency owners in Northern California. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
