Sukaina Dhalla, PharmD, is a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Medication Reconciliation and Transition of Care, currently employed at CareRx Corporation since August 2021. Throughout a robust career, Sukaina has also served as an OSCE Pharmacist Assessor at PharmAchieve Corporation Ltd. since October 2015 and held various clinical roles at Medical Pharmacies Group Limited until August 2021.
