Kristina Kozlovsky, PharmD, RPh, is an experienced hospital pharmacist currently working at Cambridge Memorial Hospital since April 2019, where responsibilities include providing medication expertise in the Intensive Care Unit and serving on the Medication & Therapeutics Committee. Kristina actively contributes to pharmacy education through the Instagram account thehospitalpharm.assist and serves as an Expert Reviewer for PharmAchieve Corporation Ltd. Additional experience includes teaching assistantship at the University of Waterloo and various guest speaking engagements related to pharmacy practice and education. Kristina holds a PharmD from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology from Queen's University.
