Chris Tillman is a Senior Developer at the Pharmaceutical Management Agency (PHARMAC) since January 2019, specializing in high-quality functional technology solutions, particularly focusing on database and database-heavy applications. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Senior Software Developer at The Treasury - New Zealand, where .NET C# solutions were developed for Treasury CFISNet.
