Joep van Kats is an experienced program and change management professional with a diverse background in consulting and interim management across various industries. Currently serving as an Interim Program Manager at PharmAccess since July 2023, Joep focuses on streamlining organizational and financial processes using Lean concepts. As the founder of Thaleia Consulting & Interim Management since May 2017, Joep specializes in Change Management. Previous roles include Interim Manager Product Owner at Stater N.V., where Joep managed change for key clients while overseeing multiple Agile teams, and Interim Manager Claims at Klaverblad Verzekeringen, leading a non-life claims department. Joep’s extensive experience also includes senior management positions at Achmea and ING, where responsibilities included leading process change, IT management, and overall business operations. Joep holds an MSc.Eng. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control & Artificial Intelligence from Delft University of Technology, as well as additional education from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.
