Pasquale De Felice is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and management within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Pharma Green Holding since July 2021, Pasquale previously held the position of Sales Director at Perfetti Van Melle from October 2017 to July 2021, overseeing a substantial team and managing a significant sales portfolio. Prior to that, a progressive career at Bain & Company spanned more than a decade, where Pasquale advanced from Associate Consultant to Principal. Additionally, Pasquale contributed as an external consultant to the CEO at Mida SpA, achieving remarkable sales growth. An early internship at Wattsud Impianti focused on implementing a quality management system. Pasquale holds a degree in Managerial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
