Amelia Decker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amelia began their career as a Summer Intern at the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center in 2011. Amelia then worked at the Pacific American Law Group as an Administrative and Marketing Assistant in 2012 and later as an Office Manager in 2013. In 2014, Amelia joined the Ad Astra Law Group as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for HR administration, office management, client interaction, and billing. Amelia then moved to Ateliere Creative Technologies in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Executive Assistant to the CEO, Human Resources Business Partner, and Director of Human Resources. In 2022, Amelia joined Levy as an Operations Partner, focusing on outsourcing non-strategic processes for companies. Finally, in 2023, they joined Phamily as the HR Director, overseeing strategic and administrative HR, internal and external recruitment.
Amelia Decker has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Language and Literature - Political Science from Arizona State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Talent Acquistion Specialist, HR Department of One - Credential, Certified California HR Expert, sHRBP - Senior HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Certified Professional. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as SHRM and the Human Capital Institute (HCI) between the years 2016 and 2019.
