John G Koch II is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and customer service. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager and Area Service Manager at PGT Custom Windows and Doors since April 2021, John has previously owned and managed businesses, including CPR Cell Phone Repair Sarasota & Computer Trouble Shooters and Grasslands Landscaping. In prior roles, John was a Regional Service Manager at Vyaire Medical and Maquet Critical Care, where responsibilities included overseeing teams, managing large-scale operations, and handling significant P&L budgets. John’s early career included roles at GE Healthcare and Datex-Ohmeda, focusing on service management, field team leadership, and client relations.
