Mayela Palafox currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Elemental North America since July 2021 and has been the Safety Manager at PGM of Texas since October 2014. Mayela obtained a SHRM-CP Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Austin Community College in late 2022 and holds a degree from Universidad de Guadalajara, earned between 1996 and 2000.
