Derek "Pepper" Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience. Derek "Pepper" currently serves as the Government Services Program Manager - Defense Contracting at PGL (Perimeter Global Logistics), a global supplier of transport and logistics solutions. Prior to this, they had a distinguished career in the US Navy, serving as a SEAL for over two decades and retiring in 2018. Derek "Pepper" held various roles within the Navy, including serving as a Senior Chief in the Combined Joint Special Ops Task Force-Arabian Peninsula. Throughout their career, Derek demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, successfully completing numerous combat initiatives and overseeing the allocation and distribution of valuable resources. Derek "Pepper" also gained experience in requirements and resources management while working with USSOCOM Naval Special Warfare Group One. Overall, Derek's work experience showcases their expertise in defense contracting, logistics, and strategic planning.
