Jeff Conway, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at PGIM Custom Harvest, overseeing a portfolio with $2.4 billion in assets under management since the company’s acquisition of Green Harvest in December 2021. Prior to this role, Conway was the Chief Investment Officer at Green Harvest Asset Management from May 2019 to December 2021 and the Founder of Rye Global Investors, LLC, a boutique wealth management firm focused on risk management and innovative investment strategies, from June 2015 to December 2019. Conway’s extensive experience in investment management includes key positions such as Head of Equity Derivatives Structuring at UBS Investment Bank and Executive Director at both Morgan Stanley and UBS, specializing in various derivatives and structured products. Conway holds an MBA in Financial Engineering from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
