Ann Lorbes serves as the VP and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs at PGIM since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ann was the Diversity and Inclusion Leader at MilliporeSigma from November 2019 to September 2021, where Ann helped establish and implement a North America D&I strategy and facilitated unconscious bias training for hiring managers. Ann’s extensive experience at Fidelity Investments from 1998 to 2019 includes directing the Diversity and Inclusion Office, co-establishing the firm's first D&I strategy, and leading diverse talent management initiatives in Technology Human Resources. Ann began career at Harvard University as an HR Assistant and holds a Master of Science in Training and Development from Lesley University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
