Ashley Aviles, MBA, currently serves as an Associate Manager at PGIM Private Capital, where responsibilities include executing Direct Lending transactions, tracking deal closings, and managing loan servicing activities. Previously, Ashley held roles as a Senior Investment Operations Associate and Investment Operations Associate at Prudential Financial, focusing on fee calculations, reporting for investment products, and ensuring accuracy for regulatory filings. Earlier experience includes a position at PNC as an ACCEL Associate. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey and an MBA in Strategy from Rutgers Business School.
