Alissa Bart is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and credit management. As Vice President at PGIM Private Capital since November 2021, Alissa oversees significant capital management functions. Prior roles include Vice President, Treasury at Antares Capital LP, where Alissa contributed to nearly $25 billion in financing commitments in 2018, and Assistant Vice President, Treasury at GCM Grosvenor. Alissa's career began with positions in corporate trust and securities solutions at U.S. Bank and Bank of America, ultimately building a foundation in specialty and middle market CLO analysis. Alissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
