Bill Frink is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in construction management and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at PGH Wong Engineering Inc. since April 2013, Bill has previously held prominent roles including Resident Engineer - Senior Construction Manager at Cornerstone Transportation Consulting and Professional Engineer at Harris and Associates. Notable projects include the BART System-wide Seismic Retrofit Project, the $500M Alameda Naval Base sustainable re-use program, and the $80M UCSF Cancer Research Laboratory.
