Bill Frink is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in construction management and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at PGH Wong Engineering Inc. since April 2013, Bill has previously held prominent roles including Resident Engineer - Senior Construction Manager at Cornerstone Transportation Consulting and Professional Engineer at Harris and Associates. Notable projects include the BART System-wide Seismic Retrofit Project, the $500M Alameda Naval Base sustainable re-use program, and the $80M UCSF Cancer Research Laboratory. Earlier career experience includes roles with Turner Construction managing the PeopleSoft Headquarters Campus and Hawaiian Dredging and Construction overseeing luxury hotel projects in Hawaii. Bill began a career in project controls with Bechtel, focusing on major power, refinery, and mining projects. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
