Wies Blom is an experienced professional with a robust background in audit and risk management, currently serving as a member of the DEI working group and as an Internal Audit Manager at PGGM since December 2013. Prior to this role, Wies held various positions at PGGM, including Risk Manager and Senior Reporting Specialist, and served as Senior Controller and Audit Manager from 1998 to 2010. Between December 2011 and May 2019, Wies was the Chair of the Stichting Ondersteuning Rhizokids, addressing funding issues for children with RCDP. Prior experience includes working as an Engagement Leader at Coopers & Lybrand from 1995 to 1998. Wies holds advanced degrees in Auditing from Tilburg University and Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from HEAO Breda. Educational background includes graduating with honors from Caledonia High School and obtaining a VWO Diploma from Niftarlake College.
