Rob Wegdam is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial control and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Controller at PGGM since May 2022, Rob previously held the same title at Achmea from June 2020 to April 2022. At Ageas, from November 2008 to November 2019, Rob functioned as Head of Reporting, overseeing financial consolidations and external reporting for a major insurance group operating across Europe and Asia. Earlier in the career, Rob occupied multiple roles at Fortis, including Senior Financial Reporting Analyst and Group Financial Controller, contributing to significant transitions, such as the acquisition of ABN AMRO Bank. Rob began professional development with a Management Trainee position at Robeco.
