Tom Crowley is an experienced real estate and facilities professional with a diverse background in corporate and strategic repositioning. Currently serving as the Strategic Repositioning Projects Lead at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since October 2014, Tom leads the workplace strategy workstream and has been instrumental in key projects such as repositioning initiatives and office relocations. Prior to this role, Tom founded Crowley Real Estate LLC, providing global corporate real estate consulting solutions. Tom has previously held significant positions including Vice President of Worldwide Real Estate and Facilities at Robert Half International, where oversight included a portfolio of 450 locations, and Director of Real Estate at BEA Systems. Additional experience includes executive management roles at The Bentley Company and extensive work in the nuclear sector with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Bechtel Power Corporation. Tom holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a BS in Marine Engineering from the California Maritime Academy, complemented by leadership development training at the Center for Creative Leadership.
