David L. Leach is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in data analytics, information security, and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as SVP, Chief Security Officer, and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since December 2021, David previously held multiple senior roles including VP at the same company and Executive Director of Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at Cummins Inc. David's tenure at Cummins focused on leveraging data and AI/ML to enhance customer experience and optimize business processes. Prior roles include Global Head of Enterprise Analytics & Data at Micron Technology, where leadership centered on data governance and enterprise analytics, as well as Director of Supply Chain at Transform Mfg LLC, contributing to the establishment of a solar manufacturing joint venture. An earlier position as Director of Information Security at Micron involved creating a robust information assurance framework. David L. Leach holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from Boise State University.
