Dave Mills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation management and operations. Currently serving as the Site Owner Program Manager, Principal at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since July 2024, Mills previously held various high-level positions including Executive Vice President and General Manager at SCM Safety from January 2014 to July 2024. Additional notable roles include General Manager at Landmark Aviation and Business Jet Center, where operations included managing award-winning full-service Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services.
