Kelly Roestel began their career in 2001 as a Caricature Artist at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, where they worked during the summer season. Kelly also balanced a daily fitness training program for the Division 1 field hockey team at the College of William & Mary. In this role, they utilized creative marketing and sales techniques to generate sales and provide a memorable guest experience. From 2002 to 2004, Kelly also served as a Field Hockey Coach for the Colonial Field Hockey Club.
In 2006, Kelly had an Advertising Internship at The Martin Agency Student Workshop, where they worked on a design competition case study for a hypothetical marketing campaign.
Kelly then joined Jamestown High School in 2006 as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach. However, they only held this role for a brief period until 2006.
In 2007, Kelly joined PGAV Destinations as a Designer. Kelly quickly progressed to the role of Art Director in November 2018, where they currently serve.
