Kristin Smith currently serves as Director of Corporate Services at PGA TOUR, beginning in April 2023. Previously, Kristin held the position of Release Coordinator at Kemper from April 2022 to March 2023, facilitating the release of IT projects. Kristin's extensive background in higher education includes roles at the University of North Florida as Associate Director of Housing and Residence Life from July 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing a $22 million operation serving 3,500 students and supervising 140 staff members. Kristin also worked as General Manager/Director at Capstone On-Campus Management, LLC from August 2011 to July 2014, overseeing two residential communities with 782 tenants. Earlier experience at the University of North Florida included serving as Associate Director of Residence Life from July 2008 to July 2010, where Kristin managed a 75-member department and facilitated the grand opening of a significant new facility. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Criminology minor from The Ohio State University.
