Prior experience includes roles such as Lead Consultant at Sports Solutions, Director of Sports, Specials and Entertainment at Cross Media+, and Sponsorship Sales Director at IMG College, where innovative multimedia sponsorships were created. Blair's career began at Golf Magazine and Golf Digest Publications, focusing on business development and regional sales management. With a strong foundation in psychology from the College of Charleston, Blair also held the position of VP Sales and Marketing at PerryGolf for a decade.
