Kelly Meadows is a Senior Environmental Scientist at PG Environmental since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in environmental management and water quality programs. Previously, Kelly served as the Watershed Programs Manager at the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality from June 2017 to April 2021, overseeing Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) development and nonpoint source programs. Kelly's background includes a significant tenure at Tetra Tech as an Environmental Scientist and project manager from August 2000 to June 2017, and an earlier role at Mangi Environmental Group focusing on NEPA documentation and environmental impact analysis. Beginning a career at Capital One, Kelly initially worked as a Project Analyst and then as a Product Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
