Lisa Downes is an experienced professional in business development and sales, currently serving as the Global Head of Business Development at PFS since March 2020, where the focus is on D2C and B2B order fulfillment for eCommerce and retail brands worldwide. Previously, Lisa held the position of EU Inside Sales Executive at Polycom from April 2017 to April 2018 and worked as an Inside Sales and Service Account Manager at EIMS from November 2013 to April 2017. Additionally, Lisa has experience as an Inside Sales Account Manager at B1 Systems from October 2012 to October 2013 and served as a Sales and Marketing Manager earlier in their career.
