Brayton Deprey currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Patzik Frank and Samotny Ltd., since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis from May 2021 to October 2023 and at Husch Blackwell from May 2017 to May 2021. During the legal education journey, Brayton was a Student Associate at the Marquette University Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic and participated in the Marquette Legal Initiative for Non-Profit Corporations. Brayton holds a Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus on Business Law from Marquette University Law School, earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University, and completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Politics from Drake University. Additionally, a study abroad program was attended at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on Spanish Language and International Relations.
