Robby McGowen has extensive experience in educational leadership, serving as Deputy Executive Director at Region 4 ESC since July 2010 and previously as Superintendent at Alvin Independent School District from March 2008 to July 2010. Other roles include Assistant Superintendent at Goose Creek CISD and Friendswood Independent School District, as well as Principal at Bryan High School. Robby McGowen holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas A&M University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Teacher Education from Texas A&M University.
