Toni Maynard has had a diverse work experience. Toni started in 1998 as a Senior Finance Advisor at PGRD, where they established and monitored the R&D VAT tax process and developed an international vendor strategy. In 2004, they joined Pfizer as a Logistics Coordinator Lead, where they created an integrated budget and forecasting process and contributed to the roll-out and training of a tracking tool. Toni later became an Associate Director of Business Performance & Analysis at Pfizer, focusing on cost efficiency and metrics-driven goals. In 2011, Toni worked as the Director of Operations at Seconn Fabrication, managing non-manufacturing operations and establishing customer service procedures. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Director of Sales and Operations at MYRON MIXON SMOKERS LLC, overseeing sales forecasting and financial management. Currently, Toni is a Resourcing Business Partner Team Lead at Pfizer, providing resource management services and serving as a trusted adviser.

Toni Maynard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Toni completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven from 1998 to 2001. Furthermore, Toni obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from the University of New Haven, completing the program from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Toni has acquired the Pfizer: Leadership Essentials Program certification from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in the year 2024.
