Subha Madhavan is a distinguished expert in AI/ML and data sciences within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Vice President & Head of AI/ML, Quantitative & Digital Sciences at Pfizer. In this role, Subha collaborates with clinical teams on innovative methods to enhance trial design and participant recruitment. Prior experience includes leadership positions in data science at AstraZeneca, advisory roles at organizations like Vivli and the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, and contributions to the National Human Genome Research Institute. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Biology & Bioinformatics and a Post-Doc in Hematology-Oncology, complemented by a strong foundation in computer science and executive leadership.
