Sandeep Seth is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in leading compliance strategies and governance across the pharmaceutical and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Cluster Compliance Lead for South Asia and Turkey at Pfizer since February 2016, Sandeep oversees the Ethics & Compliance strategy and local compliance governance within a large matrix structure. Prior to Pfizer, Sandeep held the position of Director of Compliance for the India region at MSD Pharmaceuticals, managing compliance frameworks across multiple countries and business operations. Sandeep's earlier roles included Head of Compliance at Max Bupa and Chief Manager Compliance at Metlife India Insurance Co., specializing in regulatory matters and anti-money laundering policies. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Laws from Delhi University and several qualifications in law, management, and finance.
