Danna Breen is an accomplished researcher currently serving as a Senior Principal Scientist at Pfizer, where responsibilities include investigating novel obesity drug targets since October 2012. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at University Health Network from August 2010 to September 2012, focused on gut nutrient sensing mechanisms and their role in glucose homeostasis related to bariatric surgery. Danna Breen earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physiology from the University of Toronto, where research centered on insulin and resveratrol's effects on restenosis and atherosclerosis.
