Pascal Schiep currently serves as Vertriebsleiter Biobrennstoffe Deutschland at Pfeifer Group since September 2018 and holds the position of Vorstandsmitglied at Deutscher Energieholz- und Pellet-Verband e. V. since June 2020. Previously, Pascal Schiep worked at NRW Pellets GmbH from July 2014 to August 2018, progressing through roles in Team- & Vertriebsleitung and various sales positions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Sales Management obtained at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (2019-2022), a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Vertrieb (2018-2020), and further certifications as geprüfter Betriebswirt from IHK Siegen (2015-2017) and geprüfter Wirtschaftsfachwirt from IHK Köln (2014-2015).
