Olivier Araya has extensive experience in the construction and scaffolding industries, serving as Gerente General at VAMA Chile Moldajes y Andamios SpA since October 2009 and as Socio Estratégico at Pfeifer Group since December 2010. Prior to these roles, Olivier held the position of Contract Manager and Sales Representative for ULMA Construction from March 2003 to October 2009, focusing on the Chilean market. Olivier's educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile (1996-2002) and a course on Improving Your Business Through a Culture of Health from HarvardX in 2020.
