Robert also participated in an exchange program at The Philipp University of Marburg in 2003, focused on Computer Science. In addition, they obtained a minor in German Language from Wilfrid Laurier University during the same period. Prior to that, they earned a Deutsches Sprachdiplom - Zweite Stufe (German Language and Literature) from Concordia German Language School from 1992 to 1999. Robert Mazurkiewicz also holds certifications as a Certified Support Manager from Service Strategies (obtained year: 2017) and as 2 Kyu from the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan Honbu (obtained year: 1999).
