Kayne B. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Office Manager for the D'Amore-McKim School of Business International Business and Strategy (IB&S) Group at Northeastern University in 2008. Kayne then worked as an Operations Coordinator for the Office of Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs in 2012. In 2013, they took on the role of Project Manager at ideeli, followed by a Project Manager role at Groupon in 2014. In 2015, they became a Technical Project Manager at BuzzFeed, and most recently, a Technical Program Manager at PEX, beginning in 2019.

Kayne B. attended Northeastern University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Modern Languages - French. In 2007, they also studied abroad at the University of Stendhal-Grenoble, where they completed French Language & Culture Studies. Kayne later returned to Northeastern University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Project Management - Specialization Entrepreneurship between 2010 and 2012.
