Devon Evans, MSM, CSM, CSSBG, CSSBB, Top Secret-SCI, is currently serving as the AVP of Business Management and COO at Bank of America since February 2023, where oversight of the implementation of senior management's strategies and delivering consistent results is a primary responsibility. With an extensive military background, Devon has been with the US Army since October 1992, holding positions such as Inspector General Sergeant Major/Senior Enlisted Advisor, where oversight of inspections and compliance for a large installation is undertaken, and Command Sergeant Major/Senior Enlisted Advisor, supervising engineering activities related to construction and utility operations. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Excelsior University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
