Martina Giordano is a co-founder of Meteora Capital, LLC, an event-driven investment firm specializing in public and private SPACs and opportunistic investments in equities and credits since 2021. Giordano is also a member of the Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN), facilitating networking among senior women in private equity. Additionally, Giordano serves as Chief Risk Officer at Mistral Equity Partners and is an investor in Aether Diamonds. Previous roles include Vice President at BitOoda, Senior Portfolio Manager at Virgil Quantitative Research, Portfolio Manager at Fayette Capital, and Equity Derivatives Trader at Morgan Stanley. Giordano holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Financial Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, and completed a course in Fintech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
