Yasmeen Halim-Olayan is an attorney at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since June 2024, following a tenure as an associate attorney at Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC from June 2022 to May 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as a Civil Litigation Clinic Fellow at the University of San Diego School of Law, where assistance was provided to clients on matters such as identity theft and debt collections. Yasmeen also held law clerk positions at Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP, and AC Howard Law, and completed legal internships at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., and Sempra. Yasmeen earned a Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus on Business and Corporate Law from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Political Science from UC Irvine.
