Anish Nagpal is an experienced engineering manager and technical product owner currently at PetSmart since February 2022, where notable achievements include leading initiatives in customer data management and successfully implementing Data Subject Rights (DSR) using One Trust, as well as migrating customer data to GCP cloud with a 100% SLA. Prior to PetSmart, Anish held various roles including technical product manager, scrum master, lead senior software engineer, and software development manager at American Express from June 2015 to February 2022. Anish's career began at Atos Syntel from September 2006 to May 2015, progressing from software engineer to lead senior software engineer and project manager. Anish holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Graphic Era Institute of Technology, completed in 2006.
