Mark Nielson has over a decade of experience in product management and account management, primarily in the pet and sporting goods industries. Currently serving as an Associate Category Manager at PetSafe Brands since July 2019, Mark has successfully contributed to achieving financial targets and developing collaborative category strategies. Previous roles include Kurgo Product Manager, where responsibilities encompassed product life cycle management and competitive analysis, and Amazon Program Account Manager, managing key promotional programs for Amazon in North America. Mark's earlier positions include sales management roles at Cycling Sports Group and Trek Bicycle Superstore, as well as foundational roles in customer service at Ascend Federal Credit Union and Publix Super Markets.
