Laura C. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Laura started their career at Pets at Home, where they worked as a Recruitment Advisor from January 2018 to August 2020. Laura'sresponsibilities included recruiting for Groom Room vacancies across the United Kingdom. Laura then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator (People) in August 2020, where they supported projects within the Human Resources department. In this role, they built and maintained cross-functional relationships and helped maintain and push projects forward. Later, in April 2022, they took on the role of Lead Project Manager (People) at the same company. In this capacity, they worked closely with key stakeholders to design policies and processes relevant to the project, analyzing people data on a daily basis and providing accurate reporting to key stakeholders. Prior to their time at Pets at Home, Laura worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays Retail | FMCG - Retail Head Office for a brief period in 2017. Laura also had an extensive tenure at Tesco PLC, where they held various roles from 2006 to 2017. Laura C. completed their Ba Hons degree in Film and Television Production from Edge Hill University from 2008 to 2011. Laura then pursued further education in Human Resources Management and Services, earning a CIPD Level 5 certification from Avado in 2020 to 2021. Prior to their university degree, they completed their A Levels in English Language, Media Studies, and Film Studies from Eccles College from 2005 to 2008, specializing in Communication and Media Studies.
