Jim Stanislaus is the Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder of Petros.

Prior to Petros, Jim was the CFO & COO of Enhanced Capital Partners, national, private asset management and investment firm, specializing in utilizing state and federal tax credit programs to finance lower middle-market companies in the United States. While there, Jim structured an array of complex, primarily tax credit-based, transactions with Berkshire Hathaway and other financial partners and secured over $700 million in institutional investor commitments. He started and was the Co-Head of the firmā€™s Tax Credit Monetization business and he also sourced and managed investments for the firm, primarily in Texas.

Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Jim worked with Reservoir Capital Group, a New York-based private investment firm with over $6.5 billion currently under management. Prior to Reservoir, Jim held senior positions at Fortune 50 companies, Dell and Procter & Gamble.

Jim holds an Engineering undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from SMU in Dallas.
