Claire Salter is the HR Director at Petroplan. Prior to their current role, Claire was the HR Manager at Pure - Search & Selection from January 2011 to October 2017. Claire began their career as a Recruitment Administrator at Earl Street Employment Consultants Ltd from July 2009 to January 2011 and then as an Administrator at Connexions Kent and Medway from August 2008 to November 2008.

Claire Salter has a BSc in Geography from the University of Southampton. Claire also has a Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management from ICS Learn, and a Level 5 CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management from Acacia Learning. Claire also has a Level 3 CIPD Certificate in HR Practice from Acacia Learning.
