Tazir Ersam Toiman is an experienced procurement professional, currently serving as the Head of Procurement Pengerang at PETRONAS since December 2021. Previous roles include Head/Advisor of Supply Chain Management at Egypt LNG from August 2019 to August 2022, and Team Manager at PETRONAS ICT Sdn Bhd from July 2017 to July 2019. Tazir's tenure at PETRONAS includes significant positions such as Procurement Governance and Compliance Assurance Manager from October 2010 to June 2017, and Senior Executive, Procurement Planning and Tender Secretary at PETRONAS Gas Berhad from September 2006 to October 2010. Tazir holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Temple University, where study occurred from 1996 to 1998.
