Luca Genovese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the lubricants industry. As the Head of Operation Europe at PETRONAS Lubricants International since April 2008, Luca is responsible for overseeing European operations, managing a team of over 300 employees, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Previous roles include Project Director for key plant expansions and green field projects across multiple countries, as well as Regional Head of Manufacturing and Logistics in Asia, where Luca facilitated operations in various Asian countries. Operational management experience is further supported by earlier roles at Comset and FL SELENIA. Luca's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree in Production Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
