Cristiano Souza currently serves as the Governance Risk and Credit Manager for the Americas at PETRONAS Lubricants International since December 2021. Previously, Cristiano held the position of Coordenador de Controles Internos at Grupo Alicorp Brasil | Santa Amália, managing risk and internal control functions. Prior experience includes roles such as Especialista de Controles Internos at CRH and Analista de Controles Internos at Nemak do Brasil, focusing on the implementation and testing of internal controls and supporting audit processes. Cristiano also served as Auditor Interno at Gerdau S.A. and as an Internal Control Analyst at Coca-Cola FEMSA. Early in the career, experience as Auditor de Sistemas at PricewaterhouseCoopers involved supporting various clients with IT and accounting process audits. Cristiano holds a Post Graduate degree in Project Management from Universidade Fumec and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from PUC Minas and Faculdade Pitágoras.
