Rune Yttervik is a seasoned professional in the field of marine technology and engineering, currently serving as ³§Âá±ð´Ú¾±²Ô²µ±ð²Ô¾±Ã¸°ù at Petroleumstilsynet since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rune held various engineering and advisory positions at Equinor and Statoil, focusing on platform technology and integrity management of floating structures. With a long history in research and technology development dating back to the mid-1990s, Rune has worked in various capacities at notable organizations such as Norsk Hydro, MARINTEK, and the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Marine Technology and a Master's degree in the same field from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
